At Almost Heaven Saunas, we want you to be completely satisfied with your wellness investment. If your sauna experience isn't what you expected, you may return your product within 30 days of delivery in its original packaging.

Return Process

  Request Authorization

  Contact our customer support team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed shipping instructions before sending any items back.

• 2.
  Prepare the Shipment

  Carefully disassemble your sauna and secure all components in their original crates or packaging to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Arrange Freight Pickup

  Once your return is authorized and packed, we will help coordinate a freight carrier pickup from your location; please note that return shipping fees may apply.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Upon receipt at our facility, our technicians will inspect the unit for damage, after which a refund will be processed to your original payment method, minus applicable restocking fees.
