How is my sauna delivered?
All saunas are shipped via common carrier and delivered curbside. The sauna arrives as a prefabricated kit on a large pallet, packed in easy-to-manage sections for final assembly.
What are the electrical requirements for an indoor or outdoor sauna?
Most of our full-sized traditional saunas require a 220V, 30-amp or 40-amp dedicated hardwire connection installed by a licensed electrician. Smaller infrared models may plug into a standard 110V outlet.
Is the wood treated for outdoor use?
We use high-quality Nordic Spruce and Western Red Cedar. While the wood is naturally resistant to decay, we recommend applying a UV-inhibiting stain to the exterior of outdoor models to maintain the wood's color and integrity.
How long does it take to assemble a sauna kit?
Assembly typically takes two adults between 4 to 8 hours depending on the model. Our saunas feature a barrel or panel design that requires only basic hand tools like a level, cordless drill, and wrench.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy on uninstalled, unassembled saunas in their original packaging. Please note that customers are responsible for return freight costs and a restocking fee may apply.
